Louis J. Schwartz is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel who turned his focus to helping veterans and small businesses navigate complex systems. With lived experience and a straight-talking style, Lou makes the process approachable—always focused on fairness, respect, and trust.
Why He Does This

Before founding LOUJSWZ INC, Lou led large-scale healthcare, logistics, and IT initiatives across both military and corporate sectors.
As a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, he directed projects supporting medical readiness and data-driven healthcare operations across global deployments.
After transitioning to the private sector, he became a healthcare IT executive, managing multimillion-dollar modernization programs and guiding teams through complex system integrations.
Whether leading on the battlefield or in boardrooms, Lou’s focus has always been the same—clarity, accountability, and results.
